IN TRYING times, understanding, support and even counselling are most valuable as a family tries to save and strengthen that which tears at the very fabric of a marriage. I AM disappointed by Mr Tan Kin Lian's praise yesterday of the 'ostrich' approach of Hougang MP Yaw Shin Leong and the Workers' Party (WP) leaders over his alleged extra-marital affair ('Yaw and WP leaders did right by choosing to remain silent'; yesterday).
